Terms and Conditions upon booking:
Health
Animals boarding with us at "North East Small Furries Retreat" must be in good health. All pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed prior to boarding. We will be able to administer medication for existing medical problems with the pet owners consent and written instruction.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept your pet if we feel they are showing any signs of non-declared illness on arrival.
Ilness
If your pet becomes ill during their stay or under our care, then we will inform you or your emergency contact immediately and consult our vet. If your pet then requires medical attention from the vet we will transport them for treatment. Costs for treatment will be charged in your name and address.
Sadly, small animals can pass away with very little warning. In the unlikely event that your pet passes away whilst in our care, we will contact you immediately.
We accept no liability in the rare, unikely event that your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst staying at "North East Small Furries Retreat".
All pets are left entirely at owner’s risk.
Prices
Prices at are calculated on a per day basis. If you do not collect your pet on the agreed day then you will be charged for any extra days at the current daily rate previously agreed
We require full cash payment on the day you leave your pet at "North East Small Furries Retreat".
Non Collection
In the event of an animal not being collected within 14 days of the due collection date with no contact made between owner and North East Small Furries Retreat, we will reserve the right to rehome your pet.
Liability
Although we are fully insured, we accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst staying at North East Small Furries Retreat. All pets are left entirely at owner’s risk.
